  • 150 ml fat-free milk (0–0.8% fat)
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup strawberries, diced
  • 6 almonds, sliced
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a breakfast jar, close the lid and refrigerate overnight.
