- 1½tbsp sweetened yoghurt
- 1/3rd cup boiled potatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp sprouts
- 2tsp tamarind/dates chutney
- A pinch of jeera powder
- A pinch of red chilli powder
- Fresh coriander to garnish
- Apply a generous layer of sweetened yoghurt onto the khakra
- Top it with potatoes & sprouts
- Drizzle the tamarind/dates chutney
- Sprinkle the jeera powder and red chilli powder
- Garnish with fresh coriander
- Serve immediately
