The ‘Big Fat Indian Wedding’ season is upon us, and staying on a diet can be next to impossible. Avoid making the usual mistakes and choose from the dishes below…

Paneer

 

Avoid: Avoid butter and cream-laden butter and cream

 

2nd: Carbs

(Choose any 1)

Steamed rice

Tandoori roti

 

Avoid: Butter naan/ naan

 

3rd: Fiber

Okra

Cauliflower

Mix vegetable

 

Avoid: Potato, jackfruit, corn, arbi, yam, beetroot, raw banana
