I lost 6 kgs when I joined here, and after thadt following the same principles and details given I lost 4 kgs. After I came here and did the blood tests I found out the problems im facing actually. When I joined here I was lactating my child and he was around 8 months and still he was exclusive feed. The reason I joined was that I was very confused, I didn’t know what to do. When I joined here they told me showed me the right path, what to do, what to eat and what a balanced diet is. During my diet, I was not facing any diet during my lactation. My child is healthy and I have had no problems feeding him.
